TEACHER APPRECIATION SALE 2026 & End of Year French Activities

 Salut tout le monde! Hello everyone! Are you in need of ideas for the end of the school year while you spend a little extra time with students who may really need it? These 3 resources cover a variety of topics and with little prep (photocopying) can be ready at a moment's notice when you really need them. What are they? mots croisés !  Choose ones that work well with your classroom themes and your students will have vocabulary review practice. These are the 3 groups of mots croisés that I have put together:

General topics:  la nourriture, les verbes réguliers en –re, -re, and –ir, les vêtements, les sports d’hiver et d'été, les directions, la météo, les instruments de musique and les objets d'école. 

 

 

The second grouping of mots croisés covers French speaking countries: la Suisse, le Sénégal, le Maroc, Madagascar, Paris (la France), la Belgique and le Tour de France

 

 

And the third grouping of mots croisés covers Seasonal holidays: 

 Noël, la fête des mères, la fête des pères, la Saint Valentin, Action de grâce/Thanksgiving, l’Halloween, la Saint-Patrick, Pâques, Jour de la Terre, and Carnaval de Québec

French Writing Prompts

Are you needing some French writing prompts to add to your French lessons? These writing prompts can be used for early finishers, end of class writings, creative writing days, as a way to encourage new grammar lessons writings and more. They are easy to leave for another teacher when you need to be away from your class too. They can work well with a variety of grade levels.

These are no prep and need only to be copied and they are ready to go!
